Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Metadata Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5-7 engineers, fostering individual ownership and impact
• Establish a collaborative culture that aligns with company values and drives extraordinary output
• Set strategic direction for the team and craft technical and product strategies

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience as a software developer
• At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams
• Experience managing teams that support and operate services in production
