E-Commerce Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Highly Experienced Coordinator for E-Commerce and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory across online sales channels to ensure consistent product availability
• Keep supply chain dashboards and trackers updated for clear, real-time insights
• Partner with suppliers and 3PL providers to manage purchase orders, restocks, and fulfillment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or TikTok Shops is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is advantageous
