Key Responsibilities

• Provide editorial planning and execution for daily coverage and special projects
• Manage a team of reporters and freelancers, focusing on their organization and professional growth
• Assign articles and edit online content, newsletters, and morning briefs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an editorial team, including management of reporters
• Experience in business-to-business reporting; commercial real estate reporting is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and edit high-caliber writers and editors
• Extensive experience with content management systems and basic SEO knowledge
• Strong news judgment and familiarity with the competitive landscape in the CRE news space in Texas and Chicago
