A company is looking for an eLearning Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain learning paths, certifications, and curricula aligned with organizational goals
• Manage course catalog and shared learning resources, ensuring consistency and engagement in content
• Train and coach trainers on instructional design best practices and maintain training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong technical proficiency with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS reporting tools
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting LMS platforms
• Familiarity with eLearning standards and accessibility requirements
