As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for client companies across various sectors. You will manage the recruitment cycle from requisition to placement, build strong client and candidate relationships, and help deliver recruitment solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with client companies to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and work culture.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Source candidates using databases, LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Conduct CV screening and in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and manage feedback collection.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients with detailed assessments.
  • Follow up with both client and candidate post-interview to ensure smooth communication and process.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding is completed.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using ATS or internal databases.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, talent market changes, and best recruitment practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple clients and vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
