Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Communications Operations Manager to drive multi-channel campaigns and project management in the Central region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional project management for the National Employee Communications Practice, ensuring successful project execution across multiple offices
- Develop and deliver multi-channel employee communications campaigns in partnership with the Accounts team
- Represent the practice in external engagements, building trust and reinforcing the value of the communications capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, journalism, or marketing
- Experience in project management and campaign execution
- Strong understanding of employee communications and benefits literacy
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders
- Proven presentation skills and subject matter expertise
