Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Communications Operations Manager to drive multi-channel campaigns and project management in the Central region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional project management for the National Employee Communications Practice, ensuring successful project execution across multiple offices
  • Develop and deliver multi-channel employee communications campaigns in partnership with the Accounts team
  • Represent the practice in external engagements, building trust and reinforcing the value of the communications capabilities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, journalism, or marketing
  • Experience in project management and campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of employee communications and benefits literacy
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders
  • Proven presentation skills and subject matter expertise
