Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Communications Operations Manager to drive multi-channel campaigns and lead project management efforts across the Central region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional project management for the National Employee Communications Practice, ensuring successful project execution across multiple offices
- Collaborate with communications operations in other regions to maintain alignment and consistency
- Develop and deliver multi-channel employee communications campaigns in partnership with the Accounts team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, journalism, or marketing
- Experience in project management and campaign execution
- Strong understanding of employee communications and benefits literacy
- Ability to represent the organization in client and prospect meetings
- Proficiency in reporting on campaign effectiveness and making strategic recommendations
