Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans, including advertising, packaging, new product development, pricing, promotion, and market research
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate long-term strategy into effective marketing plans
- Manage brand marketing budget and oversee the assigned brand portfolio with a focus on P&L management
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in CPG brand management with a strong understanding of US retail customers
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in consumer-centric organizations and knowledge of brand building trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate departments and key business partners
- Strong project management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
