Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead experimental marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a growing channel testing budget and optimize performance through quantitative analysis
- Develop and own the digital and offline channel experimentation roadmap, building scalable testing frameworks
- Analyze data to identify high-impact experiments and communicate results and insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year undergraduate degree in a quantitative field strongly preferred
- 4+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing with success in channel experimentation
- Experience managing $1M+ performance marketing budgets
- Proven ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making and storytelling
- Experience leveraging AI for testing, optimization, and automation in customer acquisition
