Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Strategy Manager - Natural/FDM.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate business planning by coordinating cross-functional strategies and integrating insights from various departments
- Drive revenue growth through insight-led strategies by leveraging analytics for pricing, trade, and assortment decisions
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by ensuring alignment on forecasts, budgets, promotions, and new item launches
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field required
- 4-7 years of experience in customer strategy, trade marketing, or related roles, preferably in the natural channel
- Proficient in using syndicated data platforms (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) for strategic planning
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Deep understanding of the Natural retail channels, with experience in the supplement or wellness space preferred
