Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an internal communication strategy promoting transparency and employee engagement
- Create and distribute updates and communication materials to inform employees about company news and initiatives
- Support senior leadership in crafting and delivering messages to employees during various communication events
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications
- Strong understanding of tools and platforms used in internal communications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with survey tools and communication analytics is a plus
