Job Summary
A company is looking for a Market Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support benefit consultants by managing RFP and proposal processes for small and middle market clients
- Evaluate client data to develop marketing plans and obtain insurance product rate quotes from carriers
- Maintain relationships with carriers and ensure timely completion of quoting and proposal generation activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in a benefits support role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage is a plus
- Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with database applications
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
