Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategies and execute integrated marketing plans to enhance brand equity and drive demand
- Own P&L performance and deliver growth through strategic pricing, promotion, innovation, and distribution choices
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and manage the brand budget
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in brand management for consumer products
- Prior experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Proven experience in managing P&L and budget in a matrixed environment
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead cross-functional teams
