A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and manage lifecycle marketing and automation for a new healthcare product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of email and push campaigns, including segmentation and post-send analysis
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of email/automation/lifecycle marketing experience
- Experience in creating user acquisition and engagement communication journeys across multiple channels
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive email design
- Extensive experience using email service providers (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce)
- Experience collaborating with data scientists and engineers on API and data requirements
