Proposal and Presentation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Proposals and Presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including RFP/RFI responses and custom client proposals
• Design and develop high-quality presentations for client meetings and internal communications
• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects while facilitating review processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience or training, with 1-3 years in a management role preferred
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and other creative applications
• Preferred experience in global mobility or adjacent industries
