Associate Merchandising Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Site Merchandising Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the eBay Live Hub merchandising strategy and develop a programming calendar for live events
• Lead performance analytics to monitor KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Collaborate with marketing teams and external partners to drive awareness and traffic for eBay Live events

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in site merchandising, content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using dashboards and A/B testing
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
• Experience in managing content planning and briefing creative teams
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces and live streaming platforms is a plus
