Encounters Analyst Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encounters Analyst Manager (Remote Option).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of encounter data and maintain regulatory compliance
• Analyze data for trends, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making
• Lead and manage a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
• 5+ years of experience with Medicaid/Medicare encounter submissions and EDI formats
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support and customer-service oriented environment
• 5+ years of experience managing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and submitting encounters
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role
