Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Coordinator to connect with students at partner universities and support their re-enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with students to clarify and enhance their understanding of coaching services
- Engage with students to assess their readiness to return to school and provide relevant academic information
- Support Success Coaches and manage communication with students through various channels
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher
- At least one year of experience in student and/or customer service preferred
- Experience in higher education, call centers, or startups is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Ability to work remotely in a private and quiet workspace
