Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable learning programs for high-complexity domains
• Define and track metrics to measure learning impact and optimize learning solutions
• Mentor junior team members and refine team processes for consistent program execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design or related roles
• Expertise in designing multimodal, scalable learning programs for diverse audiences
• Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence decisions
• Experience leveraging data insights to inform design decisions and measure program impact
