Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design or related roles
- Expertise in designing multimodal, scalable learning programs for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence decisions
- Experience leveraging data insights to inform design decisions and measure program impact
