Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support technology transfer, process scale-up, and manufacturing support for drug substance production
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create and assess technical documents and project plans
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3 years of experience, or
• Master's degree with 7 years of experience, or
• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, or
• Associate's degree with 12 years of experience, or
• High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience
