Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in managing high-performing engineering teams
• 7+ years of experience in large-scale backend distributed systems
• Strong focus on scalability, performance, and quality of data infrastructure
• Experience with Go, Kubernetes, Flink, Kafka, and BigQuery is a plus
• BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
