Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager/Sr Manager, Solution Engineering MuleSoft Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, develop, and coach talent at all levels in the team
• Partner with Sales to create a go-to-market strategy and execution plan
• Drive strategic initiatives and programs across Solution Engineering to support innovation

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years front-line SE leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive experience leading or participating in complex Solution Engineering organizations
• Proven record of strategizing on large, complex sales with value and solution selling skills
• Understanding and experience in architecture, integration, and automation technology
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization
