Principal Engineering Execution Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineering Planning and Execution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly PI Planning preparation, facilitation, and follow-through to ensure alignment and readiness
• Establish and lead bi-weekly and monthly execution cadences to monitor progress and maintain delivery momentum
• Create and maintain execution artifacts to provide visibility into team health and delivery progress

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or engineering program roles
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies and their application to large-scale engineering
• Experience in driving quarterly planning processes and managing execution tracking
• Proven ability to influence without authority and operate independently with high ownership
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar planning/analytics platforms
