Engineering Manager - DevOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - DevOps / Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and building of cloud infrastructure and solutions
• Oversee daily operations across DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure domains
• Manage team development through hiring, coaching, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working in AWS cloud environments
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, including Terraform/OpenTofu and CloudFormation
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and IAM management
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application builds
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries with a focus on compliance and security
