Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience with a focus on building high-performing teams
- Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics
- Experience with customer service software integration, such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk
- Full-stack web development experience, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment
- Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into enterprise products is a plus
