Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction of the program and manage customer relationships from a technical perspective
• Provide coaching and development to engineering team members and create a culture of learning
• Plan and deliver on complex projects, proactively identifying risks and collaborating to mitigate them

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, with relevant experience substitutable for education
• 2+ years of people management experience, with a focus on team operations and performance management
• Experience in system reliability, architecture design, data migration, analytics, and technical support
• Ability to innovate and adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies
• 3+ years of experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams
