A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Billing to manage a team of product engineers and contribute to technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and individual ownership
• Serve as the technical voice for the team, guiding discussions and strategic planning
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of engineering experience, including 1+ years in people management
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more engineers
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing products
• Experience in demonstrating DEI best practices in leadership and recruiting
• Passion for improving therapy experiences and simplifying access to care
