Senior Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to manage manufacturing information systems and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support for automation systems and manage automation activities for various projects
• Monitor and complete the periodic review of the automation master plan for the area
• Analyze operational process problems and implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a master's degree, or an associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of computerized systems and compliance regulations
• Experience programming industrial control systems such as DCS, PLCs, or SCADA systems
• Demonstrated experience in project management and troubleshooting issues
• Experience with writing software test plans and system design documents
