Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead full-stack development efforts and drive technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver user-centric solutions
• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams while fostering a culture of ownership and excellence
• Define and support development lifecycle processes and manage technology vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 5+ years in a specific IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT disciplines, including management/supervisory roles
• Strong competency in project management and execution of multiple or large projects
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
