Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee a cross-functional engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team of 6-10 engineers
• Collaborate with product managers and designers for delivery planning and roadmap execution
• Mentor and coach team members while maintaining and improving product quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with geographically distributed teams in a hybrid environment
• Extensive Agile experience with methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles in a SaaS context
• Experience with cloud providers and building SaaS products is a plus
