Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI Engineering to lead the development of their AI platform and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML infrastructure and establish MLOps best practices
• Build and lead a team of AI/ML engineers and collaborate with various teams to integrate AI into workflows
• Implement compliance frameworks and evaluate third-party AI platforms for optimal performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps
• Proven experience in building and scaling AI/ML platforms in regulated industries
• Deep expertise with modern AI stacks and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and collaborating with product managers
• Able to operate strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
