Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage two engineering teams, facilitating goal setting, check-ins, and training
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports and provide career guidance
• Collaborate with Agile team members to ensure project and organizational goals are met

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing engineers in a modern engineering environment
• 2+ years of software engineering experience with knowledge of MVC architectures and web development practices
• Experience with modern cloud-based infrastructure and Agile methodologies
• Proven personnel management skills, including goal setting and conflict resolution
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams and promoting diversity and inclusion
