Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in engineering
• Prior experience in a leadership role or managing a function within an organization
• Ability to read and comprehend architectural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical drawings
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with relevant work experience as a substitute
