Key Responsibilities

• Apply Industrial Engineering and Process Improvement to analyze problems and implement solutions
• Lead improvement projects independently from concept to implementation
• Conduct detailed statistical analysis to support process improvements and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering
• Formal statistical training in probabilities and process control
• Training in time studies and DMAIC process improvement methodology
• Knowledge of Six Sigma problem-solving techniques
