Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager II - Stream Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and execution for Stream Catalog, Stream Sharing, and governance products
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define product requirements and architectural direction
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and operational reliability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Experience in designing and scaling large-scale, real-time data systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
