• 5+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing teams
• Experience delivering and operating reliable, enterprise-grade products and services
• Strong product mindset with the ability to define and communicate product vision
• Proven ability to prioritize team efforts with business objectives
• Experience in driving the adoption of KPIs and leading indicators for system health
