• 3+ years of experience managing product-oriented engineering teams
• 4+ years of experience with UI technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Strong foundation with SQL and database concepts
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and scalable SDLC practices
• Exceptional leadership skills in mentoring and team management
