Engineering Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and support of network components and architecture
• Develop detailed documentation for equipment configurations and network topologies
• Provide assistance to Support departments and act as an escalation point for customer issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Operations role with knowledge of ISP networks and VM infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with network routing/switching hardware
• Knowledge of Network/Routing protocols and ethernet switching architectures
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix, VM technologies, SDWAN, and Fortinet firewalls is a strong plus
