Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Developer responsible for building and maintaining internal technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure business applications, ensuring seamless data integration and automation of processes
• Analyze business requirements and design technology solutions, acting as a liaison between technical teams and end-users
• Lead Salesforce.com upgrades and enhancements, managing projects according to established PMO standards

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer with expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data structures, including SQL and PostgreSQL
• Demonstrated ability to document business processes using tools like Visio or graph.io
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodology and business systems process expertise in the software/SaaS industry
