Project BIM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project BIM Manager to oversee BIM work on selected projects in the Resilience Water Design and Engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and coordinate with multiple disciplines
• Define and enforce project-specific BIM standards and guidelines to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Engage with clients and project teams to align project objectives and manage stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience, including 5 years in BIM management or coordination
• Extensive understanding of model development procedures and Virtual Design and Construction functionality
