Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Services Associate who will ensure prospective and enrolled students receive accurate information and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students, providing accurate information about educational programs and services
- Manage workflows for outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through to matriculation
- Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact with students
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree required, Bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume customer service experience
- Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
