A company is looking for a Senior Technical Curriculum Designer, Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess training needs and develop innovative training solutions
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain instructional materials for training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update sales training content
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in designing and maintaining technical curriculum
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the security industry
- Knowledge of instructional design and eLearning software (Articulate 360 preferred)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (Skilljar preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception to maintenance
