A company is looking for a Supervisor of Enrollment Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to meet performance goals
- Track team performance metrics and conduct regular one-on-one meetings for developmental goals
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, sharing insights and recommending improvements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; 5 years preferred
- Familiarity with PEIMS, student information systems, and educational registration platforms
- Experience using digital marketing tools for enrollment and engagement
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
