Enrollment Services Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Enrollment Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to meet performance goals
• Track team performance metrics and conduct regular one-on-one meetings for developmental goals
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, sharing insights and recommending improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; 5 years preferred
• Familiarity with PEIMS, student information systems, and educational registration platforms
• Experience using digital marketing tools for enrollment and engagement
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
