Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to guide prospective students and their families through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students and families with the online enrollment process and provide detailed information about program offerings
• Accurately enter student information into the enrollment system and maintain updated student records
• Collaborate with the Enrollment Manager and team members to ensure smooth processing of applications and participate in training sessions

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant work experience in a related position or industry
• Demonstrated experience in registration, lead generation, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of virtual education programs and EdTech trends
• Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and tracking tools
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
