Director of Instructional Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Instructional Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update engaging digital learning programs, lessons, and modules
• Collaborate with Operations, Program, and Subject Matter Experts to develop best-in-class digital learning practices
• Generate new content and repurpose existing content for scalable use across multiple learners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and creating digital training programs
• Expertise in authoring and publishing systems, including Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate
• Experience with instructional technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proven capabilities in developing complex learning materials, including simulations and multimedia
• Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning
