North Carolina Outreach Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an NC Outreach and Partnerships Lead to expand awareness of its programs and strengthen partnerships across North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with community colleges and student organizations to create pathways for students into programs
• Plan and implement outreach strategies to promote programs, focusing on low-income and underserved communities
• Coordinate statewide outreach campaigns and engage with community organizations to enhance program visibility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, educational partnerships, or workforce development
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of North Carolina's educational landscape and workforce development initiatives
• Proven track record in partnership development and community engagement
• Strong organizational and project management skills
