Epic Interface Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Interface Analyst to develop, test, implement, and support data interfaces between Epic and ancillary systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure new interfaces and enhancements for Epic applications and ancillary systems
• Troubleshoot technical problems and analyze solutions for program/application efficiency
• Collaborate with IT teams and business sponsors to identify workflow impacts and provide integration solutions

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or two years of college in Information Systems, Clinical Engineering, or related fields
• Two years of related application maintenance or development experience may substitute for degree requirements
• Five years of applicable work experience; three years in a healthcare setting preferred
• Current Certification on Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interface engine (must obtain within six months of hire)
• Experience with healthcare industry standard messaging formats (e.g., HL7, XML, ANSI x12)
