Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture and development, building customized solutions across various Salesforce clouds
• Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers to ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and cloud platforms while implementing security and compliance protocols

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, with 3+ years in a lead or senior role
• Proven background in healthcare or other regulated industries
• Salesforce certifications (System Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II) required; cloud certifications a plus
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Salesforce APIs
