Key Responsibilities

• Design, innovate, and implement solutions to improve systems and processes
• Serve as the first point of contact for data analytics and process improvement
• Provide analytical insights from data to drive strategic business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant fields or 4 years of data analytics experience
• 1-2 years of experience with relational database structures and data analysis
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL/Oracle) and/or Business Objects
• EPIC official designation of Proficient required within the probationary period
