Epic Willow Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to support outpatient pharmacy workflows and clinical operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, build, and test application components related to Epic Willow Ambulatory
• Collaborate with clinical and pharmacy stakeholders to translate workflows into effective system configurations
• Configure and maintain medication dictionaries, order sets, formularies, and system rules for outpatient medication management

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Epic systems, particularly Willow Ambulatory
• Strong understanding of pharmacy practices in ambulatory care settings
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and state pharmacy board standards
• Experience providing end-user support and training
